TTT Science Club Network: Global Collaboration for Innovation
About TTT Science Club Network

In 2020, Eurosis Consulting A.S. (Türkiye, Canada, and Italy) founded TTT Science Club (TTT SC), a network that, as of 2025, connects 60 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across various countries, including Italy, Germany, Finland, the UK, France, the US, Türkiye, and China. The purpose of TTT SC is to foster collaboration between SMEs across industries, driving innovation through global partnerships.
How TTT Science Club Operates
This network is managed and guided by the TTT Science Club Management Team (TTT-MT), which oversees marketing, commercial functions, and project design. The TTT-MT's primary goal is to propose innovative projects to the network, but members are free to continue growing their businesses independently, without waiting for these proposals.

Project Development & Governance Model

Once a project is proposed and approved by TTT SC, the process follows a structured governance model:
-
Information Sharing: The project is introduced to the TTT SC network.
-
Formation of the Working Group: A specialized team is formed to handle the project.
-
Project Design: The working group collaborates to develop the project proposal.
-
Client Proposal: The final project is presented to the client for approval.

To ensure confidentiality and smooth operations, the process is governed by key documents such as the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), MoU (Memorandum of Understanding), and the Final Project Proposal, which are binding for project release to the market.
