Governance Model
At the core of the TTT Campus network system is a governance model centered around a Management Team, composed of experts from two key areas: Management and Science & Technology. The team collaborates closely with the Heads of our main business branches to drive forward innovation and growth.

Giuseppe Reggia
Founder & Chairman
Giuseppe is a seasoned global leader with decades of international experience. He studied at the Catholic University of Milan and UC Berkeley. His career spans key roles at Novartis, General Electric (Milan & Dallas), and Price Waterhouse in Milan and London.

As an entrepreneur/consultant, he founded B.C.I. - Business Consulting & Information and led FIS Srl as CEO. He was also General Manager of an Italian-Turkish joint venture in Istanbul and Chairman of Eurosis Consulting, bridging Milan and Istanbul.​
Haluk Karabatak
General Manager
Business Strategy and Operations Management
Haluk brings a wealth of experience from leading roles in some of the world’s most renowned pharmaceutical companies, including GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. During his impressive career, he has held key positions such as Corporate Strategy Manager and Regional Director for the Caucasus, Central Asia, and South-eastern Europe, where he led strategic business operations.

Transitioning from pharmaceuticals to the healthcare technology sector, Haluk served as General Manager of Türkiye at Philips Medical. In 2022, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, leaving his corporate role to join the TTT Science Club and later the TTT Campus, where he currently serves as General Manager. His leadership and deep industry expertise continue to drive innovation and strategic growth at TTT Campus.
Vincenzo di Fiore
Associate Director
Human Resources Management, Headhunting & Recruitment
Vincenzo is a seasoned HR Director with more than 35 years of experience. He is an​ expert in developing and implementing HR strategies, initiatives and tools aimed to the realization of the strategic goals of manufacturing companies. His career spans an impressive range of industries, including aerospace, electronics, automotive components, pharmaceuticals, and agricultural machinery, working with companies of all sizes from agile SMEs to complex multinationals.

Vincenzo specializes in navigating critical HR challenges such as organizational restructuring, workforce reduction, and complex industrial relations. He also specializes in driving growth through people-focused initiatives. His skillset covers the full HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, internal communications, and compensation strategies, all of which are tailored to achieve project-specific business objectives.​​ Since 2015, Vincenzo has operated as an Interim Manager, supporting companies for limited periods of time in the realization of specific projects.
Ahmed Abdelmoula
Associate Director
Digital Strategy, Marketing and Communications
Ahmed brings over 10 years of experience in consultancy, partnerships, and communications, having led, planned, and executed hundreds of projects worldwide. His expertise spans across multiple industries, including Consultancy, Banking, Constructions, Events Management, Digital Healthcare, Global Supply Chain Standardization, Global Policy and AI.
He has served as Consultant, Project Manager, Communications Director and Head of Partnerships in a diverse range of projects, from SMEs and start-ups to multinational corporations and NGOs. He also served as a Fractional CMO to many start-ups where he has played a key role in their growth. He held many positions where he gained valuable experience in strategy and business transformation. Beyond his industry roles, Ahmed has contributed to academia, conducting research on entrepreneurship, business management, and organizational behaviour.
Marco Bellante
Associate Advisor
Artificial Intelligence & Languages Technology-LLMs
​Marco brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computational linguistics, and enterprise technology. He currently leads the AI and R&D divisions at GAIA International, where he oversees the development of enterprise solutions based on a patented technology for textual data analysis, created in collaboration with the University of Turin. GAIA International is also an active partner of the McKinsey Innovation Centre, working on advanced AI innovation projects.
Marco’s expertise spans Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and data-driven application development. He has held leadership roles across multiple startups, including interim CTO and co-founder positions, and currently also serves as Head of AI at Ncode Studio and Head of Research at Innovation Group AI. His academic background includes postdoctoral research at the University of Turin, where he continues to contribute through workshops and internship programs. Marco has recently extended his work internationally through AI training programs with Sichuan International Studies University in China. He is also a passionate open-source developer and long-time enthusiast of linguistic and corpus-based research.
Alberto Accolla

Alberto is a seasoned executive and technologist with a 30+ year career driving innovation and transformation across diverse industries. He holds a Master’s in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, an MBA from Duquesne University in the U.S. Thus, Alberto is a rare blend of deep technical expertise with strategic leadership in marketing, finance, AI, and operations across a wide range of sectors including electronics, metal, packaging, automotive, printing, and logistics. Alberto is the founder and managing partner of Bearcat Beni Industriali Srl, a company specialized in the promotion of high-tech industrial equipment, export consulting for SMEs, and advanced solutions in electronics, mechatronics, and manufacturing innovation. He is also fluent in English, French, and Italian.

Alberto's past roles include CEO, liquidator, and shareholder of companies in mechatronics, metallic components, and corrugated packaging. His expertise extends to reshoring strategies, AI integration, and soft skills training for tech-driven organizations. Alberto combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic, hands-on approach to innovation, helping companies evolve in complex, fast-changing markets. He is particularly skilled at navigating complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate turnarounds (with a special focus on technological advancement). His strength lies in his ability to quickly grasp and deepen strategic technological insights across diverse processes and markets. His hands-on experience includes work with products like biodiesel machinery, peristaltic pumps, ultrasonic welders, and solar thermal panels.
Gamze Çakarcan

Gamze Çakarcan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Türkiye's leading financial institutions. She specializes in commercial and financial partnerships, as well as international business sales. Gamze has worked in private banking as an expert, managing the financial activities of Italian companies operating in Türkiye. Her deep understanding of cross-border financial processes allows her to facilitate seamless business operations between the two countries. ​
Fluent in Italian, English as well as her mother tongue Turkish, Gamze brings a global perspective to TTT Campus, enhancing the organization's ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures. Since 2023, she was a valuable member of TTT Science Club​. Now, she joined TTT Campus, bringing her expertise in economics and international business to the organization.
